By accessing, registering for, or using Beaver SEO's website (beaverseo.com), web application (app.beaverseo.com), APIs, or any related services (collectively, "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.
In these Terms:
Beaver SEO provides an autonomous AI platform for search engine optimization. Our Services may include:
Features may change over time. We may add, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
Beaver SEO provides software tools to help you research, optimize, and publish SEO content. You remain solely responsible for your Connected Sites, published content, and compliance with applicable laws. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic levels, revenue, or any particular business outcome.
When you approve AI Output for publication, you authorize the Platform to apply those changes through your connected integrations. You are responsible for reviewing suggestions before approval and for the accuracy and legality of content that goes live on your sites.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as needed. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account, or use the Services only with supervision of a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
Paid plans and related charges are processed through Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms and privacy practices. Subscription fees are generally charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or as we expressly state in writing.
We do not store your complete payment card numbers on our servers. Payment card data is handled by Stripe in accordance with its security and privacy practices.
Taxes. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your purchase, other than taxes based on our net income.
The Services may connect to third-party platforms to read site data or publish approved changes. Integrations may include, but are not limited to, GitHub, WordPress, Webflow, and other web development or content management tools we support from time to time.
By connecting an integration, you represent that you have the right to grant us access to the Connected Site and that your use complies with the third party's terms. We are not responsible for outages, API changes, or actions taken by third-party providers. You may revoke access at any time through the third party or your Beaver SEO account settings.
Publishing through integrations (for example, opening pull requests on GitHub or updating pages in WordPress or Webflow) occurs only when you approve specific changes, unless you configure automated workflows that you explicitly enable.
AI Output is provided as suggestions to assist your SEO workflow. AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. You must review all AI Output before approval or publication.
Our property: The Platform, Beaver SEO branding, software, documentation, and original materials we create are owned by Beaver SEO or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services during your subscription or trial, subject to these Terms.
Your property: You retain ownership of Customer Content. You grant Beaver SEO a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, process, store, and display Customer Content solely to provide and improve the Services, including to generate AI Output and to publish changes you approve.
Feedback: If you provide suggestions or feedback, we may use it without restriction or compensation to you.
You agree not to:
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share personal information. Please review it carefully.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Beaver SEO and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, rankings, traffic, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Services.
Without limiting the foregoing, we are not liable for: (a) acts or omissions of third-party platforms (including Stripe, GitHub, WordPress, or Webflow); (b) errors or omissions in AI Output; (c) content you approve or publish; (d) search engine algorithm changes; or (e) downtime or data loss on Connected Sites.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind except as expressly stated or required by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
If we are found liable despite the above, our total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the fees you paid to Beaver SEO for the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Beaver SEO and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:
We may suspend or terminate your account and access immediately if you breach these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Beaver SEO is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
Disputes should first be raised by contacting us at hello@beaverseo.com. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, and to the extent permitted by law, you agree that disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in a class action. This arbitration provision does not apply where prohibited by mandatory consumer law.
United States. The arbitration and class action waiver in Section 15 applies to the extent permitted by law.
European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence. You may bring claims in the courts of your country where such rights apply.
Other international users. You are responsible for compliance with local laws. Mandatory local consumer protections apply to the extent they cannot be waived by contract.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the Services or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.
